Licensed Attorneys for Remote U.S. Paralegal Work

DocketWorks™ is expanding our network of International Licensed Attorneys (ILAs) who support U.S. law firms in a long-term, remote paralegal capacity. This role is ideal for licensed attorneys outside the United States who want to build an international career, work directly with U.S. law firms, and deliver high-quality legal support from home.

This is not outsourcing. This is a new standard of legal operations – where skilled attorneys are trained on U.S. workflows, integrated into established firms, and trusted with meaningful, substantive work.

About the Role

As an ILA with DocketWorks™, you will work directly with a supervising U.S. attorney and support active cases in real time. Your responsibilities may include:

• Legal research using tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Coordinating intake and initial fact development
• Drafting discovery responses, motions, letters, and correspondence
• Managing case files and documenting key deadlines
• Requesting and organizing records in personal injury, family law, estate planning, and other practice areas
• Preparing materials for hearings, mediations, depositions, or trial

Important: ILAs do not provide legal advice to U.S. clients or act as attorneys under U.S. law. Your role is strictly paralegal in nature.
